It can replace brominated flame retardant agent (tetrabromobisphenol-A) and be used for semiconductor packaging materials, printed circuit boards and LED light tubes. ODOPB is used for the products meeting the ROHS requirements and as intermediates for the synthesis of reactive flame retardants.
